چکیده
Sonchus arvensis, known as sowthistle, belongs to Asteraceae and contains numerous phenolic acids flavonoids that exhibit antioxidants. The type of extraction solvent will affect biological activity level, resulting in different metabolite profiles metabolomics approaches can evaluate by fingerprint analysis using FTIR spectrophotometry UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS. Furthermore, the spectra profile HRMS were grouped principal component (PCA). This study aimed clustering S. arvensis extracts based on extracting solvents detected metabolites free radical scavenging activity. 50% ethanol extract gave higher more than p.a. water extracts. It indicates is affected contained extract. Using a combination peak area identified metabolites, be according solvent. Thus, affects composition levels.

in this work, a novel and fast method for direct analysis of volatile compounds (davc) of medicinal plants has been developed by holding a filament from different parts of a plant in the gc injection port. the extraction and analysis of volatile components of a small amount of plant were carried out in one-step without any sample preparation. after optimization of temperature, extraction time a...
Flavonoid Contents and Free Radical Scavenging Activity of Extracts from Leaves, Stems, Rachis and Roots of Dryopteris erythrosora
The present study was designed to explore the flavonoid contents and the radical scavenging activities of 50% ethanol extracts of leaves, stems, rachis and roots of Dryopteris erythrosora. The total flavonoid contents in various parts were determined as: stems > roots > rachis > leaves. All extracts from different parts of D. erythrosora showed strong bioactivities. The DPPH free radical scaven...
